Pick a Pumpkin and Play Terms and Conditions

By purchasing ticket’s either through our website (Pillatonhallfarm.co.uk), via telephone or at the office upon entry, you hereby agree that you have Read, Understood and Agree to our Terms and Conditions and that you and your party accept and agree to adhere to all our health and safety guidelines and policies.

Admission and Tickets

• All persons attending the event must have a valid ticket for entry. Tickets can be purchased on arrival, but these are subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. We do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children on the premises.
• Dogs are not permitted on site during our Pick a Pumpkin and Play event.

Safety

• Guests enter the premises at their own risk.
• Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions for your safety.
• Please ensure sensible footwear is worn while on site due to the presence of gravel, uneven surfaces and mud.
• Pumpkins can be heavy, please lift carefully and ask for assistance if needed. Pillaton Hall Farm is not liable for any injuries caused by improper lifting.
• Wheelbarrows are provided for use but are used at your own risk. Do not overload.
• Hay bales are for display only. Climbing or playing on the hay bales is not permitted.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult whilst carving pumpkins and toasting marshmallows. The supervision of the children remains the responsibility of the parents, not Pillaton Hall Farm.
• Visitors participate in the tractor trailer ride at their own risk. All riders must remain seated at all times and keep hands, arms and feet inside the trailer. Standing or climbing is not permitted. The ride may be cancelled in the event of unsafe weather or ground conditions.

Pumpkins and Produce

• 1 free pumpkin is included with every purchased ticket. Extra pumpkins can be purchased for an additional cost.
• Once purchased, all pumpkin sales are final.
• Guests are responsible for handling pumpkins with care; damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Liability

• The management and Pillaton Hall Farm LTD take no responsibility for accidents, Injuries or Loss that occur during your visit or on our premise.
• All visitors are responsible for their own safety, supervision of their children and their belongings while on the premises.

Photography and media

• We will on occasions take photographs and/or videos around the site to be used for advertising, our website and social media pages. If you do not wish to appear in such photographs, then please inform the member of staff taking the photograph.

Weather Policy

• We are an open-air venue so the event will operate in all weather conditions.
• In the event of severe weather, activities may be delayed, modified or cancelled.

Right to refuse entry

• The management reserves the right to refuse admission to the site or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, fees are non-refundable.
• The management reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
