Enjoy a fun filled, 45-minute session on our giant paddle board perfect for up to 8 people. A minimum of 2 adults over 18 are required. This session will take place at the same time as our paddleboarding sessions and is supervised by fully qualified lifeguards and water safety team.
Pricing includes hire of our paddle boarding equipment, buoyancy aids and safety helmets. Wetsuits are compulsory for all persons attending a session and can be hired at an additional cost of £5 per person if you don’t have your own.

- A minimum of 2 adults 18+ must be booked to use the Giant Paddleboard.
- Additional participants must be aged 6+.
- Please ensure that the supervising adults can swim and are capable of looking after the children whilst they are in the water.
- Up to 8 people are permitted to be booked on to the Giant Paddleboard at any one time.
- Any spectators in a separate vehicle will need to book on a stay and play session.

Sessions can also be booked in person at the campsite office. Payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Please be aware of the terms below.
On Arrival
If you are a non-camper you will need to check in at the shop/reception to gain access to the site. You will need to park up and report to the water activity office promptly for the session start time. Campers can report directly to the water activity office promptly for the session start time.
A short safety briefing will take place before you can enter the water.
You will be sized up for your wetsuit (if you wish to wear one), buoyancy aid and helmet. We have a variety of children’s sizes and adult S, M L, XL, XXL for our wetsuit hire.
Please ensure that you have your swimwear on under your clothes; there is no private changing area at the side of the water.

Pillaton Hall Farm is dedicated to helping you have an enjoyable experience when using our Activity Pool. To ensure the safety of all participants please be aware of the following:

- Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times when in the water and using the equipment.
- A buoyancy aid is provided and must be worn at all times when in the water.
- A minimum of 2 adults 18+ must be booked.
- Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another date.
- This is an outdoor venue; please be prepared for changeable weather.
- An online waiver from must be completed; and a safety briefing attended before the session can commence.
- You need to arrive promptly for your session time to have a safety briefing and to be sized up for your wetsuit and buoyancy aids.

Each person using the Activity Pool at Pillaton Hall Farm must agree to:
- Act responsibly and sensibly at all times and follow any safety instructions so as not to hurt or cause injury to themselves or others.
- Wear any safety equipment and/or clothing required in accordance with Pillaton Hall Farm’s safety instructions; this includes suitable clothing and other provisions for cold conditions and water which should be worn to reduce the risk of hypothermia due to immersion.
- Follow instructions, rules and guidance from staff, information sheets, media, or signage at all times.
- Acknowledge that Pillaton Hall Farm and it’s staff are not qualified to express an opinion on whether customers are fit or well enough to participate. If the customer has any concerns; they must obtain professional or specialist advice from a doctor before participating.
- Ensure that they are physically fit and have no pre-existing medical conditions that would affect them undertaking water activities in open water.
- Ensure that they are healthy and have no known medical conditions.
- Agree that they will not participate if they are not mentally or physically in good health that could put themselves or others at risk.
- Meet the minimum age/height criteria for each activity.
- Be competent to safely undertake the activity and are capable of self-rescue procedures, such as self-righting after capsizing and experience of open water conditions.
- Not participate whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Staff members reserve the right to stop any person from entering the water if they suspect that they have had alcohol or drugs.
- Understand that Pillaton Hall Farm do not provide coaching.
- Be responsible for using all equipment safely and as directed.
- Report accidents immediately to the duty manager; an accident form will need to be completed.
- Follow the procedure when in difficulty by lying on their back and raising their arm to attract attention.
- Take care when entering and exiting the water, and only enter the water within the times stipulated by Pillaton Hall Farm and when a member of staff is present.
- Agree that they are responsible for any damage to the property of Pillaton Hall Farm through their own negligence or careless actions. They will be responsible for the cost of all repairs and/or replacements.
- Understand that activities are undertaken by multiple age groups at the same time and are not restricted to one age group.
- Agree that participating in any activity and entering the water is at their own risk.
- Agree that in the unlikely event of injury, accident, loss, or damage, regardless of however it may be caused, no responsibility whatsoever will be attached to the owners, staff or any persons involved in the organisation at Pillaton Hall Farm.
- Acknowledge all risks associated with undertaking a Paddleboarding Session at Pillaton Hall Farm.
- Waive, release and discharge Pillaton Hall Farm and their staff and will not make a claim against them.
- Give consent for Pillaton Hall Farm to take photographs or to record them whilst participating in the session and give consent for it to be used on Pillaton Hall Farm’s social media, website and for advertising purposes. All persons have the right to inform a member of staff if they wish to withdraw consent at any time.
- Agree that Pillaton Hall Farm is not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of property or belongings whilst persons are on the site, participating in an activity, using the equipment and facilities. This also includes the parking area; vehicles are parked at their own risk and the contents within.
By making a booking you waive all rights and are agreeing to participate entirely at your own risk.
