Please note camping vouchers cannot be redeemed when booking online, please either telephone or pop into the campsite shop to book a stay using a voucher.

Activity Vouchers
Redeemable against Day Passes (stay and play), Water Activities/Experiences and Fishing. These vouchers can be purchased online and from our campsite shop. For Lake Sunday Special Activity Vouchers, click HERE.

Dotties Cafe Bar Vouchers
Redeemable against food and drink in our café. These can be purchased over the telephone 01785 715177 option 1 or in the campsite shop.

Sorry, gift vouchers can not be used to purchase NOWCA open water swimming sessions or to purchase items in the campsite shop.

5 star ratingLovely place A fab family friendly site. We visited for the stay and play as we have never camped anywhere before but if we were going to try somewhere - it would be here. Facilities are immaculate and staff are helpful. The children all had wonderful fun.

Had a BRILLIANT weekend here even in the heatwave! Luckily we had some of the only shaded pitches on site. spotless site where pitches are so far apart lovely clean facilites and plenty to do for the kids so worth the money in my opinion !

4 star ratingLovely clean site We stayed on the paddock for bank holiday weekend. Its a lovely quiet area.

Only issue is no toilets near by, they could really do with a couple by the activity lake especially for in the night.

Also waste bin areas, only 2 in the whole site, was over flowing onto floor, quite a walk for some pitches and also NO recycling????

The toilets and showers were always spotless and plenty of them.

The kids absolutely loved the play area and bouncy pillows.

Unfortunately the cafe is very small for the site. It’s extremely over priced.
We found the site shop cheaper for ice lollies but its a bit of walk as up at reception. The shop is very well stocked for anything you may need.

We did do the aqua inflatable and paddle boarding which was excellent.

Unfortunately the rude lady warden kept watching us in the evening and telling us to be quiet. It was 10am and we had the music off. We were only talking.
We then went up to the toilet block where it was very loud on those fields, kids still running around screaming and playing football. So seems the paddock is the quiet area which it wasn’t advertised as.

5 star ratingTHE BEST campsite 🏕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Campsite!

We had an absolutely amazing stay and honestly couldn’t fault the place! The campsite was so clean and tidy, with staff around all the time if you needed any help. The toilets were cleaned and mopped regularly throughout the day, which made such a difference — everything was always spotless.

There was so much for the kids to do. They absolutely loved the huge bouncy pillow, and there was entertainment on the Saturday too. There are two huge parks, two zip lines, a gold-digging creek, a bike-riding area and two fishing ponds, so there really is something for everyone.

My three boys, aged 10, 12 and 14, all absolutely loved it and said it was their favourite campsite ever! ❤️ We also had a brilliant time paddleboarding, which was so much fun.

The on-site shop was fantastic too, with really good prices and everything you could need, which was so convenient.

We also had breakfast and drinks at Dottie's, which were absolutely amazing — definitely worth a visit! ☕️🥓

Overall, we had such a fantastic time and made some lovely memories as a family. It’s honestly one of the best campsites we’ve stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back again in the future!

Our Happy Place – Six Visits in Five Years! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our sixth visit to Pillaton Hall Farm in five years. We first came when our boys were only six and seven, and they are now eleven and twelve. They still ask to return every year, which really says everything about how much we love it here. The whole site is clean, spacious and very well looked after. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of washing-up sinks and hot running water. The showers are immaculate and cleaned regularly, which makes such a difference when camping as a family. Occasionally, children leave toilet roll on the floor, but that is not the campsite’s fault. The cleaners are always quick to sort it out. Parents should take responsibility and encourage their children to respect the facilities and practise good toilet habits. There is so much safe, open space for children to enjoy. Our boys love the huge bouncing pillows, the different parks and play areas, the bike track, the fishing lakes and the brilliant activity lake. It gives them the freedom to have fun, explore and make friends while still feeling like a safe and well-run site. The fishing is another huge highlight for us. The lakes are peaceful and beautifully surrounded by reeds, wildlife and countryside views. Catching fish here has created some really special family memories. We also love staying on the back field behind Dottie’s. The views are beautiful and the sunsets are absolutely amazing. Sitting outside the tent at the end of the day and watching the sky change colour is one of our favourite parts of being here. The food from Dottie’s is lovely, generously portioned and always served with a smile. The staff across the site are friendly, helpful and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. There are rules, but we honestly see that as a good thing. They help keep such a large and popular site safe, clean, organised and enjoyable for everyone. We love that there is enough to keep children busy while still allowing them to enjoy nature instead of constantly relying on technology. Children may occasionally say they are bored, but that gives them the chance to discover how much fun the great outdoors can be. Bikes are a great thing to bring too, as the wide paths and open spaces give children plenty of room to explore. Pillaton Hall Farm genuinely makes us so happy as a family. It has become part of our boys’ childhood and has given us years of laughter, fishing, bike rides, adventures, beautiful sunsets and precious memories together. They ask to come back time and time again. In our experience, Pillaton Hall Farm does not deserve some of the negative reviews it receives. TripAdvisor can sometimes become an outlet for complaints, but it is also important to take the time to share positive experiences. We would recommend ignoring the overly negative reviews and experiencing this wonderful place for yourself. We believe the price is fair considering the size of the site, the range of activities and the clean facilities, including hot running water for washing up, which is not always available at other campsites. We already cannot wait for visit number seven. It truly is our family’s happy place and has created so many wonderful memories for our children. It is a site where you can pitch your tent, relax and enjoy being together. Even if it rains, there are still things to do. The great outdoors is a wonderful place. Keep it simple and give children that unique sense of freedom and adventure that can sometimes be lost in the modern world. One final thing: the little shop is a bit of a walk up the path, but it is an enjoyable stroll and part of the camping experience! We absolutely love it here and cannot wait to return. ❤️🏕️🎣🚲🌅
