Please make sure you familiarise yourself with the rules of our campsite.

We do not allow Hobby, Buccaneer, Tabbert and Travel King caravans or Equine RV’s and converted horseboxes.

Sign written vans, commercial, highway and flat-bed vehicles plus any vehicles with chevrons are not permitted on site.  Please be aware that if you arrive in one of these vehicles you will not be allowed access on to the site, and we do not have any parking areas away from the campsite for such vehicles.

We do not accept stag or hen parties.

We are unable to accept any bookings from anyone under the age of 21. There must be at least one person over the age of 21 on each pitch; we do not allow teenage groups to camp on our site.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival or full payment can be made.

All bookings are non-refundable; date changes only, subject to a £15.00 administration charge.

Bookings can only be changed if there are more than 5 working days before your arrival date.

We cannot move or amend bookings on the day of arrival.

Bookings can only be changed within the same season and cannot be transferred over to next year.

Booking cancellations made by a customer will forfeit any deposit paid.

No, we don’t hire out gazebos. You may bring your own gazebo, the cost to pitch a gazebo is £5 per night, per gazebo. Please note that we only allow small gazebos (3m x 3m) not large event shelters or marquee type products.

This would need to be done at least 5 working days before your arrival date and will incur a £15.00 administration charge.

You can only move a booking within the season you are booked on; you cannot transfer a booking to another year.

You can only move a booking to a Bank Holiday if your original booking was for a Bank Holiday.

We currently do not offer seasonal pitches.

This is not permitted due to our health and safety regulations. You would need to book an additional pitch to accommodate your tent.

Please book your visitors in at check in; they must be pre-booked by the person staying on the site, they cannot just turn up. Visitors are on a first come, first served basis.
You can book your visitors on the following session:

Term time Monday to Thursday 11am-7pm 

•  £5 per car- Includes up to 2 people in the car. 
• Additional persons in the same car are charged at £2.50 per person
• Last entry at 5pm

School Holidays and Weekends (Friday to Sunday)

• 11am – 7pm – £10 per car (up to 5 persons in 1 car)
• Additional persons in the same car are charged at £2.50 per person
• Last entry at 5 pm

• One well behaved dog per car permitted.
• When your visitor arrives at the site, they will need to park at the side of the shop (please ensure that they do not block the barrier) and pop in to the reception/shop to check in and register. Please approach the barrier slowly and do not tailgate.
• Visitors must arrive no later than two hours before the end of the session or before the campsite shop closes.
• Only one car is permitted per pitch and all campsite regulations must be followed.
• Please ensure that you have your visitors name, mobile contact number, car registration number when booking them in and payment must be made at the time of booking.
• Visitors must leave on time at the end of the session. Please ensure that you end all activities, such as a BBQ, with plenty of time before the session ends.
• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight and must take their car off site.
• Any visitors who arrive that haven’t been pre-booked will not be allowed access to the site. Due to data protection we are unable to contact you if a visitor turns up without being booked on.
• Anybody found to be bringing visitors on to the site without registering them at reception will be instantly asked to leave; alongside all of their party. Due to Health & Safety recommendations; this will be taken very seriously.
• This applies to our seasonal and touring pitches.
• Please ensure that you advise your family and friends of the changes so that they do not have a wasted journey.
• When leaving the site your visitors must exit the barrier no later than the session end time.

Arrivals are after 12:00 noon.

Departure is prior to 11.30am.

Please ensure that you leave no later than 11.30am to enable the pitch to be checked before the new check in arrives.

Wifi can be purchased in the campsite shop.

You can purchase a code for 24 hours to be used on 1 device at a cost of £2.00.

The wifi is for surfing only; it may not be strong enough to download films, watch Netflix etc.

Certain areas on the site may not get a WiFi signal; please let the member of staff know your pitch number before you make your purchase.

Late stays can only be booked on the morning of your departure. If your pitch is available on that day you can pay £8.00 and stay up to 15:45. We cannot book a late stay in advance.
